Take some time to really evaluate why you are angry or upset, and determine if that reason is still valid. You may find that time has made these reasons less influential, and easier to release.

 

-Talk about it. Have a conversation with your senior about the source of the hurt and anger. You might find they weren’t aware they upset you, or that it was still bothering you. If they are aware, this gives you the opportunity to talk through it, and to hear their side of it. Even if they don’t explain themselves or apologize, you have gotten the chance to express what you’re going through, and can now release it.
