Staff Relief has implemented a project that is going to transform the care delivery to our clients, and the service delivery to our employees. By using a combination of advanced technology and Staff Relief employees’ human touch, we are looking to set high standards in health care delivery.

Caregiver Internet Portal
- All Staff Relief employees received personal authorized access to an on-line portal in order to view their schedules.
- Client Care Plans can now be viewed on-line.
- Using Google Maps integration, all employees can quickly find the best route for each assignment.
- Visit Notes enable the entire care team to communicate effectively and in real-time. In turn, this enabled Staff Relief to be the most responsive to its clients’ needs.
Daily Schedule Reminders
All Staff Relief employees receive daily schedule reminders via email. An email is sent to all Staff Relief employees at 17:30 local time with a summary of their scheduled assignments for the next day.
Mobile Shift Verification and Telephony
In an effort to improve the accuracy of both payroll and billing, the electronic timekeeping system is used to verify when an employee arrives and departs from the client’s location. It also automatically updates and confirms the employee schedule. All employees sign in using a GPS enabled smartphone and/or telephone at the beginning of a shift, and sign out at the end of the shift to confirm the times of the shift.
