We are very happy with the care. Georgina in particular has been absolutely wonderful. Not only does she look after my Dad but she is a great support for my Mom, who really appreciates everything she does.
All the staff have been wonderful, from Diya to Mercy and the others who have stepped in to help. As well, the support from the Scheduling team has been excellent – always clear, timely and kind communication.
It’s been a challenging year working through my Dad‘s new health needs (and therefore the help my Mom’s needs) and we cannot thank you enough for all the support!
