I just want to say I would recommend Staff Relief Health Care Services for anyone in need of a support worker. They met my needs last minute and we’re able to get me a support worker at the eleventh hour who met and fit my criteria for my unique situation. Our elderly parent was in the hospital and for a number of reasons we needed round the clock 1-to1-care to help our parent recovery quickly and safely.  We called Staff Relief and they were able to provide qualified care to augment hospital services within hours! I spoke with Robert and Russell multiple times on the phone. They were genuinely concerned about matching the appropriate PSW to my mother who has been diagnosed with dementia. Robert was very thorough, asked important questions and he followed up to make sure we were satisfied with their services. It was evident I made the best choice for my mother. Staff Relief has helped our family tremendously during a very difficult time. The personal support worker's have all been kind, punctual and helpful. Customer service is 5-star. Adoke, PSW was amazing. She was attentive, caring and helped me enormously after my accident and following, fractured knee. I couldn't have gained most of my independence without her. What a fantastic service for people in need of additional assistance with their family. If it wasn't for the wonderful dedication of the PSW that looked after my 91 year old Mother while she was in hospital and after she left hospital, we would've lost her for sure. I have used staff relief to care for my mother-in-law who suffered from dementia, as well as my elderly father, and have always been impressed by their professionalism and the quality of care they provide. When my mother Norma suffered a catastrophic stroke earlier this spring, Staff Relief again supported my family to care for mom at home. Staff Relief was able to provide our family with the care we needed in a critical moment, backed by the highest level of customer service. When we needed care for a covid positive family member, the Staff Relief team took care of everything on very short notice, providing trained and equipped personal support workers around the clock, and PPE for our family so we could get on site. They worked with us to meet the evolving needs in a challenging situation, and the customer service throughout the process was exceptional. I am very pleased to report on a recent wonderful experience with Staff Relief.   We asked the agency to find a nurse to assist with post surgical care of a family member. Within a short time frame, they found a highly professional nurse who had direct experience with the type of surgery and relevant post surgical care.  The nurse patiently went over post surgical care issues that were not well understood based on information from the hospital surgical team upon discharge. She provided relevant positioning, answered a lot of questions and even worked with our family member to generate a medication and exercise schedule for the weeks to come.  Our family member was incredibly grateful to have had this support after being discharged in the COVID environment.  It made a world of difference with confidence going forward.

Thank you Staff Relief for providing us with a Night Nurse to support us with our newborn daughter. Before the night nurse came out, we had the opportunity to meet her over a zoom video call and feel comfortable with the placement. Our night nurse was very qualified and also assisted with some light housework which was especially helpful during my recovery from giving birth. We were also a bit apprehensive of bringing someone into our home during the COVID-19 pandemic but felt very comfortable with the rigid protocols that staff relief has in place. We had the most incredible experience working with Staff Relief. We contacted them regarding hiring a night nurse. They listened to our needs and then they worked tirelessly to find the most perfect fit for our family. They took the burden of finding the appropriate person off us during a time when we were too busy to take on the task. The nurse they found was kind and caring and allowed our family much needed rest. Staff Relief continued to check up on us frequently and communicated any feedback on our behalf.
