I spoke with Robert and Russell multiple times on the phone. They were genuinely concerned about matching the appropriate PSW to my mother who has been diagnosed with dementia. Robert was very thorough, asked important questions and he followed up to make sure we were satisfied with their services. It was evident I made the best choice for my mother.
