WHAT IS ONE-ON-ONE CARE?
One-on-one care, or continuous observation, describes an arrangement where a registered nurse or personal support worker is tasked with providing individualized care to a patient for a period of time.
While most people will prefer private homecare services, they are not always possible. Sometimes your loved ones may need the services provided by a nursing home, retirement residence, rehabilitation center or a long-term care facility. A greater level of care is required to deal with certain health issues, such as:
